SECTION 6 – IMPORT, CUSTOMS & LEGAL IMPORTER RESPONSIBILITY

All products are shipped directly from our international suppliers, including suppliers in China. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the legal importer of the goods you order.

• You are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or other charges applicable when goods enter your country.

• These fees are not included in our prices.

• We do not collect VAT or customs charges at checkout.

• We do not reimburse import-related charges.

• Customs delays, inspections, or holds are outside our control.

This clause ensures that Ljusgloben is not considered the importer of record in the EU or any other country. Therefore, we are not required to register for OSS or IOSS, nor to charge or remit EU VAT, in accordance with EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.

SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order.

In case of changes or cancellations, we may attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided.

You agree to maintain up-to-date, complete, and accurate account information.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

We may provide access to optional third-party tools, which we neither control nor monitor.
