This Return Policy applies to all purchases made from SummitLock, operated by Viggo Brenner. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, Swedish distance selling regulations, Shopify requirements, and industry-standard practices for international dropshipping.
1. General Return Conditions
Please note that we do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
You may return your order within 30 days from the date you received the goods.
To qualify for a valid return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must include all original components, accessories, and packaging, in the same condition as received.

The item must have been handled normally; damage caused by misuse will not be accepted.

Items that are hygienic or health-sensitive (such as personal care items, oral products, or similar) cannot be returned once opened, due to hygiene regulations.

The product must be defective upon arrival or substantially different from the description, unless the reason for return falls under your EU right of withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect:

the product has been used,
-
the product is damaged by the customer,

or components are missing.
All returns are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned package.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:

Do not send items to the sender address on the package.
We will provide you with the correct return address.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you have a 30‑day withdrawal right according to EU consumer law.
The withdrawal period begins the day you (or a person acting on your behalf, excluding the carrier) receive the goods.
Because we use an automated fulfillment system and our products ship from international warehouses, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or shipped.
If the goods are already in transit, please wait until you receive them and then return them according to this policy.
You must notify us via email if you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal is considered completed once:

you have notified us in writing, and

we have received the returned goods.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Shipments in Transit
Our products ship directly from Asia, and transit times may vary.
If your package is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
Once you receive the item, you may return it according to our policy.
To ensure fast processing, please send us the return tracking number once shipped.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds apply to:

the cost of the product(s)
Refunds do not include:

original shipping costs, or
-
any additional delivery upgrades you selected.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We do not charge any administrative fees for processing refunds.

Packages sent to the wrong address or without prior contact will not be accepted.
7. Non-Returnable Items

8. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:

providing accurate return shipping details,

covering lost or damaged return shipments (we recommend tracked shipping).
